Provider Philosophy
Choosing a therapist is one of the most significant decisions you can make for yourself. It takes courage to reach out, and it takes even more courage to keep showing up. I don't take either lightly.
I believe you are capable of facing hard things. You will be invited into a process that asks you to look honestly at all the elements contributing to your difficulty — and you'll be challenged, held, and supported in equal measure. My goal is not to keep you in therapy indefinitely. It's to help you grow in such a way that you leave not only experiencing healing, but equipped for whatever comes next.
My clinical interests include sexual dysfunction, healthy sexual communication, healing the sexual relationship after trauma, affair recovery, infertility, miscarriage, complex and developmental trauma, and the impact of personality on relational health. I work with individuals and couples across a wide spectrum of identities, backgrounds, and relationship structures.
I believe effective therapy is built on the foundation of the therapeutic relationship — that the quality of the connection between therapist and client is not incidental to the work. It is the work. From that foundation, everything else becomes possible.
Clients often arrive disconnected — from their own experiences, from their bodies, from the people they love. Many of the people I work with are also navigating questions about faith, identity, and belonging. Some hold their faith as a living, breathing part of who they are. Others are in the middle of something harder to name — a deconstruction, a departure, a quiet grief over what they've lost or left behind. Wherever you are in that process, you'll find no agenda here. My training sits at the intersection of psychology and faith, and I've spent years learning how to hold that space with honesty and without pressure. Every experience you bring into this room will be met with compassion, warmth, and genuine respect for what it took to get here. That includes all of who you are.
Services
Life is complex. People are layered. And healing — real, lasting healing requires more than a single approach. Below you'll find the ways I work with individuals, couples, and professionals who are ready to do the deep, meaningful work of becoming more fully themselves.
All Services are Available both Virtually and In Person.
For many people, the flexibility of virtual sessions makes showing up to the work possible. Both formats are confidential, professional, and held with the same care.
