We all need a coach.
Turns out coaching isn’t just for sports. (Which is excellent news, especially for those of us who aren’t particularly into sports!)
For those of us who have goals – whether they be professional, relational, or personal, a coach can be instrumental in helping us make real forward progress.
After years of helping people heal from past trauma as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I lost count of the number of people who were left asking, “What’s next?” And truthfully, healing pieces of your past is only the beginning of the transformation process. What comes next is integration. And that takes a different approach from therapy. It is forward-facing. It’s grounded in the present. And still, it requires a specific skillset. Learn more about how I approach coaching here.
As a Leadership & Development and Relationship Coach, I am dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and leaders navigate challenges, find clarity, and foster authentic, meaningful connections in personal and professional relationships. Whether you seek guidance in leadership, personal growth, or intimate relationships, I am here to help you grow with purpose.

You are the greatest asset you bring to the table. Leadership coaching is a strategic, structured process designed to help you gain clarity about where you are, identify what's getting in the way of where you want to go, and build the capacity to get there.
I use Immunity to Change (ITC) mapping — a model developed by Harvard researchers Kegan and Lahey with 30 years of research behind it — to help you uncover the hidden commitments and competing assumptions that quietly keep you stuck. The result isn't just behavior change. It's the kind of internal shift that creates lasting transformation.

Leadership Coaching Services -
Relationship coaching is less about unpacking the past and more about building toward the future you both want. Whether your relationship has lost momentum or you're two healthy people who want to grow together intentionally, I'll help you define a shared vision, identify the specific growth areas that will get you there, and equip you with tools that create real traction.
Growth areas include communication, conflict, boundaries and differentiation, vulnerability, and intimacy.
